Inspection Systems

Conveyor Belt Metal Detector

Our SIMULTANEOUS MULTIFRECUENCY (SMF) metal detectors are mounted on the conveyor belt, chute or other conveyor system.
They detect all magnetic and non-magnetic metals (ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel) regardless of where the contaminant is inside the product.

X Ray Inspection System

X-ray inspection systems locate all contaminants due to their density, chemical composition and mechanical dimensions.
For example metal, glass, ceramic and stone contaminants in food. It also detects some plastics (PVC, rubber) as well as other product defects (cracks, trapped air).

Free Fall Metal Detector

The Free Fall Metal Detector inspects powdered and granulate products removing metallic contaminants through its reject valve.
Developed for the high demands of the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry.

Pipeline Metal Detector

Our Pipeline Metal Detector is designed for the inspection of liquid and paste products (such as: sausages, processed cheese, dressings, sauces, etc.)
When the metal is detected, the reject system starts a rejection mechanism to expel the contaminant into a container.

Mining Metal Detector

Mining Metal Detectors are design for installation on conveyor belts carrying coal, minerals, aggregates, and other bulk materials.
They can be tuned to ignore conductive minerals such as gold, copper or zinc, while still detecting small pieces of trapped metal.
